Dr. Faisal Zia, DVM 

Our caring doctor continually stay abreast of current trends in veterinary medicine and are continually improving the quality of the practice by offering new medical services.
Our entire staff will be sensitive to the needs of the client and will respond with the appropriate sense of urgency to fulfill each client’s needs. Each employee understands and is proud of his/her role at Aliana Animal Hospital and it shows through their daily interactions with clients that they care.

Dr. Zia is a member of the American Veterinary Medical Association, Texas Veterinary Medical Association, and USDA Emergency preparedness(USDA Accredited). His passion lies in developing a good relationship to pet owners as well as guidance and support to keep your best friends healthy and happy. 

He enjoys meeting new pets and their families, helping them stay healthy, and aiding in their recovery. He enjoys the broad spectrum of medicine and surgery that a general practice provides. He is also very happy with the hospital which allows us to provide the best care in a pet-centered, client friendly, and reduced stressed environment.

He enjoys the challenges of working up difficult internal medicine and surgical cases and is a strong advocate of the use of pharmacological intervention for pain management. Dr. Zia has strong background as an emergency veterinarian. His passion for major soft tissue surgeries make him competent in veterinary medicine.

At home, he enjoys spending time with his Mom, wife, and three children, along with two cats. He also enjoys reading books, cycling and other outdoor activities like playing cricket.
